If you have had a negative experience when visiting our practice, we would like to know. Please feel free to discuss any problems you may have with our principal doctor. Alternatively, you may want to ask our reception staff for a complaint form and hand it back to us in person, by email or by post. You may remain anonymous. All complaints are taken seriously.

Family Doctors Berala has been conducting a patient survey to gather feedback on how we can improve our services to the community. We are very thankful to all the patients who have participated. We have received a lot of compliments and encouragement which has made us very happy. A few common issues have been brought to our attention and we are endeavouring to address as follows.

  • Reduce waiting times: Dr Kathy Nguyen has recently started in May and that has increased our capacity to accommodate walk in patients and reduce waiting times.
  • Lower barrier for feedback: We have put up a suggestion box in the waiting room to make it easier for patients to communicate to us anonymously. As always, patients are welcome to speak to our friendly receptionist or doctors directly if they so wish.
  • General service: We have implemented a continuous training process for our staff to constantly improve and refine our service to the community.
